Rakesh Mishra is the vice president of marketing of Bengaluru based Target India, an extension of the U.S. retailer Target’s headquarters operations. In this role, Rakesh leads a team that helps drive Target’s competitive advantage across various marketing domains. Target, a leading discount retailer with nearly $70 billion in sales, serves guests at more than 1,800 stores and on Target.com in the U.S.
With more than 24 years of advertising and marketing experience, Rakesh has had the opportunity to create and direct, award-winning marketing campaigns and has developed several new products. Prior to joining Target in 2008, he worked with organizations like Kohinoor Foods, Imageads & Communications and Continental Advertising.
Rakesh holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Sambalpur University and a master’s degree in marketing from the Center of Management Development

Harriet is a multi-award-winning communications and brand safety strategist, who has worked with some of the world’s biggest (and smallest) brands, start-ups and social enterprises to land international campaigns, build brands with purpose and create behavior change programs with impact. Her career has spanned agencies from Media Bounty to Ogilvy, to co-founding BoraCo in 2017. She is also partially responsible for the Boris/Trump kiss mural that galvanized millennials to vote in the UK's EU referendum.
She co-founded The Conscious Advertising Network with Jake Dubbins of Media Bounty in 2018 and has since seen it gain international recognition, partner with ISBA and the UN, and grow to over 90 members from O2 to Accenture Interactive. She’s also a Mozilla Fellow, working with Consumers International to map the opportunities and impacts of AI-enhanced advertising, globally.

He dropped out of his doctoral program in 2012 and founded Airwoot, which was later acquired by Freshworks. Saurabh is continuing his entrepreneurial journey with Plum, which aims to transform employee health insurance and care by solving India's unique challenges from the ground up. He completed his M.Sc. from DTU Denmark and was pursuing his Ph.D. from Hasso-Plattner Institute, Berlin.

Dr. Gorur Shrinivas is vice president of Data Engineering of Bengaluru-based Targetin India, an extension of the U.S. retailer Target’s headquarter operations.
In this role, Shrinivas leads Data Engineering. He has a strong track record in product engineering, technology strategy and entrepreneurship, having worked in the areas of CFD, numerical analysis, management consulting and enterprise IT services.
Shrini loves problem-solving, especially when it involves innovatively using technology to solve novel and transformative business problems with significant positive impact to society and community.He is also committedto mentoring startups and enhancing gender diversity in technology. Outside of work, he loves reading, traveling and all things space and science.
Shrinivas holds a doctorate degree from the University of Oxford.

Tammy leads a team of more than 2,600 in fields ranging from technology, e-commerce and marketing to human resources, finance, data science and analytics. Target, a leading discount retailer with nearly $70 billion in sales, serves guests at more than 1,800 stores and on Target.com in the United States. Tammy brings deep business acumen, a command of operations and a spirit of collaboration to the team. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the India offices, supporting and strengthening the team and their contributions to Target’s business. She’s responsible for evangelizing the Target brand externally with the community while continuing to improve the connection between global teams.
A 27-year veteran of the company, Tammy started her Target career in stores management and advanced into leadership roles within marketing. Before becoming the president of Target India, Tammy was a senior vice president of marketing, leading a global creative and operations team with disciplines in strategy, digital, project management, production and experiential marketing.
